Andrea Chan, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Professional Services team. Working one-on-one with professionals in the dental, medical, legal and other professional industries, Andrea provides valuable advice to help her clients meet their personal and business needs.

Andrea’s expertise includes developing customized plans for clients interested in starting or purchasing a practice. Her experience allows her to walk her clients through the purchase decision from beginning to end, ensuring that they make the right choices and that their taxes are structured efficiently. Specializing in developing projections and proposals, tax planning and other key areas, Andrea helps ensure that her clients have sound strategies for the future.

Additionally, Andrea provides strategic advice on establishing corporations, optimizing salary-dividend mixes and planning trusts and estates to help her clients save money. She is experienced in developing customized retirement and succession plans for her clients, helping them realize their dreams.

Prior to being designated a Chartered Accountant (CA), Andrea obtained a Masters of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics with a specialization in Accounting at the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
