About Jacqueline Rudberg

Jackie earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. After spending 5 years practicing litigation in the Washington DC area, she was subsequently hired as General Counsel for a company engaged in a variety of business and strategic consulting services to a select portfolio of high net-worth clients, comprised of professional athletes and individuals in media and entertainment. In this role, she also developed broad transactional experience by providing a combination of professional advisory services to international countries, government agencies and commercial entities in the areas of project finance and sourcing of capital in the public and private arena. She is seasoned at protecting existing assets and facilitating growth strategies for small to medium-sized businesses as well as working with high profile, branded individuals.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, she attended the Toronto French School and speaks French fluently having participated in the International Baccalaureate Program. After spending a total of 15 years in the United States, she returned home to Toronto at the end of 2010 to take on a more active role in a family owned business, where she is a member of the Executive Committee for the Toronto International Centre, a privately owned trade and consumer exhibition facility in Mississauga, Ontario.

Outside of her role as in-house counsel to ROI Corporation, she is Fiscal Chair for a Canadian non-profit called ACT to End Violence Against Women.
