About Kevyn Nightingale

Kevyn Nightingale, CA, CPA (IL), TEP is a Partner with MNP in Toronto and leads the Expatriate Taxation practice. Kevyn is a Certifying Acceptance Agent for the IRS and has extensive experience with international income tax matters, particularly in Canada–U.S. taxation.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kevyn helps individuals and small businesses with their compliance needs and develops tax strategies that can result in substantial savings. His services include U.S. income and estate tax planning and compliance.

Throughout his career, Kevyn has written on a wide range of topics. He has presented and taught for various educational institutions and professional organizations such as the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, York University and the Florida Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to CCH’s “Tax Topics” and has also appeared many times on television and radio.

Kevyn received his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1987 and became a Certified Public Accountant (IL) in 1994. He is a member of the Illinois State Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the International Fiscal Association and Mensa.
