Dentists can be busy, it looks great from the outside, but many dentists are not happy in there lives. I have developed a great rapport with dentists because I had a large ‘too busy” practice for many years. I understand the difficulties in slowing the momentum of a practice that is heading away from your dreams.

Myles earned his degree in computer science, cum laude at St. Francis Xavier University followed by a law degree, with a specialty in business law, from Dalhousie University.

Following his admission to the Bar, Myles developed his legal practice with a focus in taxation for the owner managed business and dispute resolutions with government taxation agencies.

Myles is also a licensed private investigator.

Perhaps there can be no words more appropriate when our true journey in life begins. In fact, it takes a great deal of courage to step out into the unknown… to cultivate a relationship with something we cannot see, feel, or touch… something just around the corner, not fully visible to us… yet.

For me, when I mustered the courage to step into that unknown, I became lost. In doing so, I stopped telling myself everything I always had, I stopped remembering all the things I thought I needed to remember, and I started paying attention to my feelings, relationships, and the connectedness I have to people. And that lead me to my passion for helping people on their own journey out of knowing, into un-knowing, and ultimately, into clarity.

That process — coaching — is an evolution of my life experience, my professional experience as a business owner, manager, and dentist, and my training as a professional personal and business coach, among others.

I help clients find their own answers, live their own truths, and enjoy their lives to the fullest expressions of whom they are and whom they are becoming. I illuminate their paths and use my knowledge, experience and intuition to help them develop a deeper relationship with themselves and with others.

My clients come to me because they want more out of life, because they are outwardly successful, and inwardly feel they are not living their lives fully. They may be at crossroads in their lives or just feeling overwhelmed by the businesses they built. They may be ready for major changes or perhaps just looking to find more simplicity. Wherever they are, they come to me with sincerity, honesty, a willingness to consider looking at their beliefs and self-imposed limitations and a desire for change. Above all else, they come with courage.

Prior to founding, Exsellence Planning Systems Inc., in 1994, Bill spent 32 years in business, including 12 years as President of The Martin Organization Canada Ltd., the Canadian division of the C.F Martin Guitar Company.

His senior management responsibilities involved buying trips to Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. He also served as a management consultant reporting to the Corporate U.S. President involving operations in the Swedish Division located in Gothenburg Sweden. His main focus concentrated on the development of the sales program for the Swedish division.

Bill has extensive experience in all areas of management, as well as marketing and promotion, sales, merchandising, strategic planning, financial operations, product procurement and development and human resource development. He operated a sales and distribution company active from 1989 thru to 1999, developing the marketing plan, customer service and sales plans, warehousing and distribution logistics to service the Canadian Music market. The company enjoyed exceptional profitable growth from 1990 thru 1999. Sales revenues quadrupled over that 10 year period.

His corporate experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing Plans, Sales Training, Management and Customer Service development has been a major benefit to his clients in his consultation activities.
